them in a real estate transaction. All necessary paperwork
can either be completed online, or printed out and sent via
fax.

Buying property in the City of New York can be a lengthy
process. An attorney is required to draft a sales contract
which is then negotiated, agreed upon, signed and money is
exchanged.
This process can take anywhere from several days to many
weeks depending on the complexity of the transaction. Wouldn't
it be nice to find a way to get to settlement faster? The
obvious solution is to speed up the entire process to avoid
any deal breaking situations and get to the commissions sooner.

Because there is no standard contract that can be signed
at the time of the Acceptance of Contract, the parties have
no assurances that the sale will go through until the actual
closing. The Seller may accept another offer, or the buyer
may choose not to purchase the property as there's no legal
requirement to go through with the original sale.
The faster the sale moves forward, the more assurance the
parties have of each other's good faith and the sooner the
Broker can tie up the deal and collect their commission.
