What is Rapid Contracts SM?
Rapid Contracts SM enables a buyer or seller to quickly and easily retain Hollander and Company, LLC to represent them in a real estate transaction. All necessary paperwork can either be completed online, or printed out and sent via fax.

What does Rapid Contracts SM do for the Real Estate Broker?

Can Rapid Contracts SM help speed up the transaction?

Buying property in the City of New York can be a lengthy process. An attorney is required to draft a sales contract which is then negotiated, agreed upon, signed and money is exchanged.

This process can take anywhere from several days to many weeks depending on the complexity of the transaction. Wouldn't it be nice to find a way to get to settlement faster? The obvious solution is to speed up the entire process to avoid any deal breaking situations and get to the commissions sooner.

Our online interactive forms allow the buyer or seller (obviously not from the same deal) to retain our services immediately. By submitting a completed questionnaire, along with a pre-determined fee, we are usually able to produce a Buyer's Standard Rider or a Seller's Agreement within one business day.

Can Rapid Contracts SM actually help assure you have a deal?

Because there is no standard contract that can be signed at the time of the Acceptance of Contract, the parties have no assurances that the sale will go through until the actual closing. The Seller may accept another offer, or the buyer may choose not to purchase the property as there's no legal requirement to go through with the original sale.

The faster the sale moves forward, the more assurance the parties have of each other's good faith and the sooner the Broker can tie up the deal and collect their commission.

Can Rapid Contracts SM lighten my workload?

Time is short and the more deals that close the more money is earned. Using Rapid Contracts SM will help take some of the work off the Broker's shoulders by providing him/her with the information they need to get forms to their buyers and sellers.
